People Development is what we do

We are a People Development Organisation, or Human Resource if you prefer. Whichever way we say it, people are important to us. Whether its Learners who attend our courses, Clients who seek help with their training needs, Suppliers who provide us with services or Colleagues with whom we work and play. Allan Skinner

Allan is our Principal Consultant. He manages the organisation, develops courses and facilitates our Train the Trainer and Supervisor Development programmes. Allan has been in Human Resource Development all his working life, within Public Service, Manufacturing, Corporate and Education environments.

Shirley Skinner

Shirley is our Education Consultant. With a background in teaching she researches and develops courses that are interactive, fun and conform to sound learning principles. Shirley coaches Supervisors and front line staff and is a qualified ESOL and Literacy tutor.
