DEVELOPING A TEAM VISION AND CELEBRATING SUCCESS

The focus on Teamwork course is a TEAM WORK course rather than a TEAM BUILDING exercise. Leadership expert, John Adair, developed the concept that a good leader balances the needs of the Task, the Team and the Individual. We have developed training for the skills needed for successful performance in each of these 3 areas.
