He has also lectured and run courses for the
Auckland University of Technology and the Auckland
College of Education.

Consultant, Shirley
Skinner, is a
teacher by training and experience. Shirley's
speciality is research, developing training
material and community and workplace literacy and
ESOL. Her coaching skills add value to Supervisors
and their teams.

Durban Associate, Peter
Russell,
has
over 20 years experience in commerce and industry
and has held senior board level positions in both
sectors. In addition to consulting experience he
has also lectured in both Operations Management and
Human Resources Management.
