have offices in Auckland,
New Zealand and in Durban,
South Africa.
Our training is aimed
at trainers, first line managers, supervisors and
their teams. Training takes place in training room
settings, outdoors and on the job - within
factories or offices. We use a blend of group
training and one-on-one coaching, depending on the
needs. We write our own training material and are
therefore able to customise to meet specific
requirements. We offer a wide range of hard, medium
and soft skills courses including training of
trainers, supervisory leadership, teamwork,
communications, customer service, good
manufacturing practice, health and safety, food
safety, literacy and development of operator
training manuals and resources.
