Participants’ literacy needs are addressed naturally, purposefully and effectively as they arise in their day to day Supervisory communications. We believe the training content must be applicable to their job and prioritize the all important transfer of learning, helping Supervisors apply what they have learned in their work setting.

Maintaining participant confidentiality and customising the curriculum to each student's needs quickly stills participants’ fear of exposure. We find Supervisors who attend our basic skills and communication programme take more pride in their work, enjoy improved self-confidence and act on suggestions for personal improvement more readily. They are more likely to read company documents, use computers effectively and lead their teams in all important safety awareness. Good communication, productivity and cooperation in their shift is the ultimate result.
